40 piles have been installed and two cranes are being assembled in the shredding factory. All materials for metal structures of the shredding factory have also been prepared and stored in the park.
Zhangjiagang tax-free zone has erected a new plan for the car parts refurbish park, showing the determination of China government regarding the car parts business.
Starting in May, every member of HOTA are part of the improvement proposal implementation system which will maximize working efficiency and minimize unncessary costs.
HOTA was asked to back up 70 meters for public park dock area. Through discussions and negotiations, this length has been reduced to 37 meters decreasing the waste of land area to 4.84 acres.
Passing the environmental protection pre-acceptance

April 23rd, Led by Provincial Environmental Protection Organization with relevant bureau and departments, a pre-acceptance check up has be carried out for the trial park for dismantling use. It is agreed that the park passed the check up and establish a milestone of park development. Corporations inside the park can now officially start applying for scrap vehicle piece import procedures and trial production.
